What payment methods does Oshәn accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Paypal, Venmo.
I have a question about my order, what should I do?
Please email customerservice@oshenactive.com and we will respond within 12 hours receipt of the email. Be certain to provide all contact information details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If for some reason you need to change or cancel your order please email customerservice@oshenactive.com and we will do our best to assist you.
How long does it take my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
We ship same day before 1pm pst.
Does Oshәn ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
How does Oshәn clothing generally fit?
Standard true to size with abundant compression providing flexibility.
How should I wash and care for my Oshәn?
Machine wash regular and tumble dry regular.
Will my Oshәn shrink or stretch over time?
OSHәN will not shrink or stretch over time. Washing and drying the OSHәN fabric will restore its original shape.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
30 days with no signs of wear and tags on product for the protection of all.
How do I return/exchange?
To make an online return, follow these easy steps:
Use the return label sent with the original packaging.
2. Place your item (s) in the reusable shipping box.
3. Tape the return shipping label to the outside package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible.
4. Please bring your package to a USPS authorized dealer or postal carrier.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
When we receive your package we’ll refund you within seven business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
* Note: If you paid with a prepaid credit card and no longer have the card, contact customerservice@oshenactive.com to initiate the return. Otherwise, the balance will be put back onto the prepaid card.
Why Bamboo?
Like cotton, bamboo fiber is naturally breathable and wicks moisture away from the skin. Unlike cotton, bamboo fabric allows moisture to evaporate into the air and thermally regulates body temp. Not only is bamboo biodegradable, it also takes no irrigation, fertilization, or replanting and soaks up more greenhouse gases and utilizes less water than cotton.

We control the manufacturing and production in our own factories.
Are your materials/fabrics sustainably sourced?
Our bamboo is sustainably sourced and we are using recycled cardboard for our packaging.
What is Oshәn doing to help the planet?
We are offering the public a choice to wear performance based athletic wear NOT MADE FROM PLASTIC. OSHәN does not give up any compression making ours a far better fabric choice for the athlete or athleisure client. We are helping the environment by:
